We have used the latest scientific techniques in Adult Learning to create a user-friendly, experiential training course.
You will learn the core concepts of Influence at your own pace, then determine your knowledge via cognitive learning tests. In addition, you will learn the skills of Influence, using experiential learning exercises. Because of these advanced techniques, your learning process will be quicker and lasting.
I have partnered with one of the leading experts in this learning technology, Sam Faissal, who has worked on multi-million dollar eLearning projects for global companies and non-profits.
Unlike other online programs, which are just videos with some text, Secrets of Influence™ eLearning is a cut above, a truly world-class training experience.
The online program consists of 12 modules, each including video, experiential learning exercises, and a cumulative learning test.
To begin with, you’ll do some self-assessment, to determine your current Influence Profile. That’s just the starting point. The Influence Styles Inventory ® was created by a team of psychometric psychologists, and meets all the scientific criteria for validity and reliability.
